...a highly motivated Senior Scientist Biology for our Research department.

Your tasks
• Lead a biochemistry lab and provide day-to-day scientific, close collaboration with research associates for assays development, implementation and execution
• Develop, validate and perform enzymatic and cell-based screening assays for R&D projects
• Analyze, visualize, interpret, report and archive data
• Design and implement semi-automated workflows for medium throughput screening
• Project leadership
• Mentor and develop research associates, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous improvement
• Foster cross-functional collaboration by working closely with chemistry, microbiology and molecular microbiology teams
• Present project progress and results

Your profile
• PhD in biochemistry/microbiology or related field, with an emphasis on anti-infectives biology
