YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

As a Store Manager (m / f / d) you make your sales team to become a real jewel : You take over the recruiting of your new team members, coach your employees on a long-term basis and use your intuition for the individual needs of our customers to offer them an unique sales experience.

With sales-promoting measures, you can present our diverse range of jewellery in style and inspire customers and employees likewise.

Behind the scenes, you will also ensure that administrative processes run smoothly and you are responsible for the budget.

WHAT YOU OFFER
• You are fluent in Dutch, English is a plus
• You love to sell products and focus on excellent customer service
• You have completed vocational training or higher qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in a comparable position with management responsibility
