Software Architect - PHP - Golang - Javascript - Event Driven Architecture

We have a new, pretty exciting new software architect role in Sydney.

This is with a household brand tel-co with 1000+ employees and are about to embark on a big digital transformation of their business. Its not one of the large Telstra type businesses, but think next tier down.

They've been on a PHP stack forever so no moving away from LAMP stack just yet. But, we do want to diversify and want someone tech agnostic.

We have an engineering team of 50 devs across Bris, Syd and Melbs

Stack needed; PHP, Golang, Nodejs, Python, Kubernetes, Kafka, CI/CD. Great communication and still hands on, to a degree.

We’re looking for someone who will architect innovative solutions and make fairly critical decisions that shape their software ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to architect an entire company-wide systems ecosystem, from ordering and provisioning to billing and operations, starting from scratch.
