• Supervise to ensure all of SOPs and quality standards are obeyed
• Ensure all information and history of the case are recorded correctly for trace ability, quality management system .
• Follow up defects, ensure they are corrected/redone on time, not delayed or missed long time. Cases are redone more than twice must be informed to expats for supporting
• Work efficiency
• Team members achieve their daily, monthly targeted output that is set for their specific skill level and meets aesthetic and quality standards.
• Product quality
• Ensure team members' work and products are checked and meet the Company’s aesthetic and quality standards before being sent to other functions.
• propose corrective actions, report to Supervisors in a timely manner and solve issues causing defects
• Analyze potential issues which may cause defects and propose preventive solutions and improvement ideas.
