VFX Production Assistant

Role purpose
• Aid the smooth running of high end VFX feature film projects & commercials through supporting the production and supervision team, ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of information.
• You will be responsible of varied tasks within production, so you will be adaptable and have strong prioritisation skills, while effectively communicating through each step of the process
• Key responsibilities

Production Assistance
• Review session notes; taking, tracking, and delivering to artists.
• Keeping track of each artist task list, and monitoring their progress.
• Assist freelance artists with work materials, contracts and follow timeline
• Uploading and downloading of delivery and turnovers to the client.
• Checking delivery packages to ensure the content is correct.
• Creating progress reports to producers, supervisors and clients.

Administration
• Supporting the VFX Producer and coordinators with administrative tasks.
