LilongweThe Opportunity: Role contingent on proposal award*
The Programme Director will be ultimately responsible and accountable for the project’s strategic direction, quality programming and results achievement, financial management and compliance, team leadership, stakeholder and partner relations, and donor deliverables. The post-holder will be the main contact for the donor and will have direct reports. The Programme Director will share their time between providing regional oversight, coordination, and consistency across the three countries, as well as programme management and implementation of the programme within Malawi. The post-holder will be based in the Country Office yet may travel to the project locations for some of their time.
