We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Senior Office Administrator for a busy Hazardous Waste Management Company in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.

The main responsibilities of this role are to assist in operations planning, general administrative duties, and delivering an excellent customer experience

Duties:
• Manage all logistics admin, customer communication and customer and regulatory documentation.
• Communicate effectively with our sales department.
• Maintain the flow of relevant information within the organisation.
• Agree delivery schedule with customers; Assist with general customer queries.
• Planning all volumes effectively to ensure customer requirements are met and exceeded
• Liaising closely with all drivers to ensure service standards are met
• Managing bookings
