Job Title: Accounts Administrator

Location: Donabate, Co. Dublin

Salary: €40,000 - €42,000 per annum

A well-established construction organisation based in Donabate is seeking an experienced and skilled Accounts Administrator to join their team. Reporting directly to the Directors and senior management, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in the day-to-day financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Reporting directly to the Directors and senior management, notably the Director overseeing the yard.
• Invoice approval and inputting a high volume of supplier invoices to Sage 50.
• Month-end reconciliations of all supplier accounts.
• Price checking and credit note requests.
• Making payments when requested by Directors and/or the Accounts team.
• Managing, posting, and reconciling credit card and debit card transactions.
• Answering the phone in the absence of the receptionist.
• Handling other ad hoc work as required.
