About this job:

As a Soft Skills Trainer you will be responsible for designing, developing, managing, organizing and conducting soft skills workshops, evaluating workshop effectiveness and helping to coordinate the Training Programs (for managers, experts and client-engagement associates) in Latam.

Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive soft skills training sessions that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on a variety of soft skills topics.
• Employ a variety of training methods, such as lectures, group discussions, role-playing, case studies, and simulations, to create an immersive learning experience.
• Prepare, maintain and continuously improve training materials. Drive use of new techniques and digitization in training environment.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants, helping them identify areas for improvement and growth.
