Diplomat South Africa is looking to fill the role of Supply Chain Coordinator, based in Johannesburg, Gauteng. This role will report to the Demand Planning Manager. Key Responsibilities To ensure stock availability as per the forecast, thereby enabling and supporting the sales team to achieve their targets. A clear understanding and working knowledge of Supply Chain Coordinator duties, in which the following will have to be executed:

• Ensure supply chain coordination is executed cost effectively.

• Contribute to the cost-saving initiatives of the company.

• Create purchase orders and communicate with the vendors.

• Utilise stock models and warehouse space as inputs to create purchase orders.

• Plan all deliveries with the vendors.

• Validate stock models created by the Supply Chain coordinator based on the annual forecast as well as warehousing constraints.

• Oversee purchase orders by controlling errors and improving accuracy.
