Kia South Africa is seeking an experienced Employee Data and Reporting Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing employee data, creating insighful reports, developing interactive dashboards, consolidating board packs, tracking, reporting and analysis of the HR budget, and performing Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) duties to support data-driven decision-making processes. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI is essential for this role, as well as a proven track record of designing and maintaining comprehensive dashboards with various types of information. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify trends and patterns within data sets.
