Your role in the team
• Ongoing support and further development of our ERP system (SIVAS) together with the key users
• Analysis and optimization of ongoing processes in cooperation with the key users
• Administrative activities such as user, rights and printer management
• Preparation and implementation of release changes and training of key users
• 1 hour and 2nd level support
• Rollout and support of our ERP system at our subsidiaries in Germany and abroad

Technologies and skills
• MS SQL-Server

Our expectations:

Qualifications
• Basic knowledge of databases (e.g. MS SQL Server)
• Great interest in IT applications (ERP systems etc.)
• Teamwork, communication skills and commitment
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English

Experience
• Ideally, first professional experience (e.g. IT support, application support)

Education
• Completed training with a focus on IT (apprenticeship, HTL)
