Group Reservations Coordinator

The Group Reservations Manager will lead the full operations and oversight of the Reservations Team across all our properties. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless booking experience for guests across our diverse portfolio, including wellness retreats, luxury and practical lodging facilities, and upcoming projects.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and email enquiries for all properties including The Nattika Beach Ayurveda Resort, Rockholm at the Light House Beach, Retreat Park am See Nattika Ayurveda, Safire Residency, Half Moon Cay - Nattika Wellness and Dive Experience, and Samudra Ananda Ayurveda Retreat.
• Implement and review reservation procedures, optimizing them for efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations via phone, social media, and email.
• Identify guest needs to determine the most suitable room types and rates.
