Key Responsibilities
• Sales and purchase transaction bill entries in accounting software.
• Responsible for properly recording Cash inflow and Outflow in accounting software by cross-checking bank statements for payments and receipts.
• Coordinating with operations and the store department regarding MRP updates of the products.
• Keep an eye on rates (changes, increase, decrease, best rate by vendor for particular product/brand).
• Move inventory and materials across and prepare the stock transfer report on a daily basis.
• Coordinate and follow-up for payment in the particular timeline for our customers.
