Internal Sales Qualification
• Matric (With Core Mathematics)
• ERP System Certificate or experience

Requirements
• 2 - 5 Years' experience in an internal sales administrative role
• Competent with MS Office and an ERP system
• Experience on Syspro would be beneficial

Duties
• Compile reports, spreadsheets and data management for customer base
• Provide support to the entire sales department
• Checking accuracy of purchase orders and processing of orders
• Compiling of costings and quotes to customers
• Checking material availability before quoting
• Assistance with the processing of tenders
• Working on customer portals to monitor customer requests for quote, submitting quotes, receiving orders, submitting invoices
