Sous Chef required for a busy Wedding & Events Company in Staffordshire

Alrewas Hayes is a well-established exclusive hire Wedding & Events venue set in acres of Staffordshire countryside. Providing exceptional dining experiences ranging from formal fine dining, bespoke menus, or relaxed street food options using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

This role would suite a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef looking to progress. Applicants must have a proven track record with experience in a busy working kitchen. Able to maintain our high standards and, where possible, move the business forward with a genuine passion for food.

This role is a hands-on position, ability to remain calm during busy service periods is essential.

A Sous Chef is required to work with our Head Chef and will be required to manage daily kitchen activities, including aiding menu preparation, and ensuring high quality menus are maintained.
