We are seeking a skilled and passionate South Indian Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of South Indian cuisine, including its diverse regional variations and traditional cooking techniques. As a South Indian Chef, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting authentic South Indian dishes to our guests.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, vadas, sambar, rasam, chutneys, and curries, according to traditional recipes and culinary standards.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of all dishes prepared, paying close attention to taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
