This position is responsible for the ServiceNow platform and capabilities used to manage HAVI’s IT processes, inventory, assets, and together with their configuration and operational state.

As the ServiceNow Platform Lead, you will have a pivotal role in our ServiceNow initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain the capabilities on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it seamlessly aligns with our business needs and objectives. This role demands a deep understanding and experience in ServiceNow's capabilities and a strong background in business process automation.

This position reports to the Director, Corp Applications & Products
