• Manage executives’ calendars , including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics
• Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
• Organize and maintain the office filing system
• Coordinate travel, accommodation and meals arrangements
• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
• Perform minor accounting duties
