Responsibilities:
• Manage, maintain and support business support software core software and IP services.
• Ensure a high and reliable service availability by creating effective monitoring procedures and identifying single and critical points of failures.
• Propose new standardized solutions focused towards enhancing core business products and services.
• Assess and evaluate network resiliency and reliability and propose network solutions aiming towards these objectives.
• Development and maintenance of system operational procedures.
• Review HLD/LLD/Interface Specification.
• Technically manage, support and review 3rd party suppliers and vendors solutions and align it with business objectives.
• Propose technical solution with high level of accuracy of the design solution and follow up to ensure the resulting implementation outcomes.
• Investigate, isolate and drive problems reported by customer to a closure.
