Responsibilities:

- Track and manage daily orders, addressing any issues that arise promptly.

- Manage fulfilment of orders daily, ensuring pending orders are handled efficiently on both the website and marketplace platforms.

- Focus on improving the overall customer experience.

- Define and take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as logistics cost, fulfilment time, return-to-origin (RTO) rate, and non-delivery reduction.

- Coordinate deliveries and resolve last-mile delivery queries.

- Keep inventory updated on platforms to ensure accurate stock availability.

- Perform end-to-end reconciliation of orders and inventory.

- Collaborate with various teams including Customer Service and Head Office to ensure smooth operations.

- Strong understanding of operational processes, particularly in high-volume consumer businesses.
