Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Addis Ababa for an Elevator Technician. The Elevator Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing elevators and escalators. They will diagnose malfunctions, perform repairs, and ensure that all safety codes and regulations are met. The Elevator Technician will also be responsible for conducting regular inspections, conducting preventative maintenance, and keeping accurate records of all work performed.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as an Elevator Technician or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of elevator systems, components, and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
