In this role, you will be responsible for providing high quality support to the valued customers while coordinating and overseeing support operations. * Responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other channels * Managing and resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner * Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer queries * Monitoring customer support metrics and generating reports to track performance * Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction * Assisting in the training and onboarding of new customer support team members * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions * Being the single point of contact for our customers in the food industry.
