Introduction: The role is to monitor the movement of all the vehicles across the group. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our vehicle fleet and drivers. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic planning and customer service.Job Description:Responsible for managing & monitoring the fleet operations across the group.Monitor each vehicle trip to ensure the vehicles are used promptly for operations purposes only.Log all the trips in the GPS system, make sure the starting KM’s matches with the last end trip for operations only.Manage communication channels to promptly resolve issues, tracking vehicle status and providing clients with updates.Maintain positive client relationships.Collaborate with internal teams to optimize fleet performance and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.Update customer’s database.Provide support and best optimal route planning for clients.Coordinate with drivers to inform about trips, vehicles, training or...
