Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at The Postcard Hotel in South Goa district. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. This includes supervising and training kitchen staff, preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met, and collaborating with the culinary team to develop new menu items.
