Job Description :
• Managing BPO / KPO projects in E-publishing, Content Solutions, Media, Telecom, and others.
• Handling of Onsite and Off-shore transition following the Transition methodology and processes. Business report documentation, process mapping, process improvement through lean and continual improvement.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and third parties / vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Scheduling assignments to achieve the pre- set goals within time, quality & cost parameters.
