Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9.00AM – 6.00PM or 10.00AM – 7.00PM)

Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through various channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate records.
• Write job descriptions and conduct market research.
• Provide prompt feedback to candidates and managers.
• Identify passive candidates through research and networking.
• Manage onboarding process and employee records.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in BPO Industry.
