I am located a couple of blocks from all ammenities, shopping, cinema, hotels, river walk and much more.
The home is in 2 sections with a shared kitchen with one professional student, that occassional uses the kitchen to cook a meal, however she has everything she needs in her section except somewhere to wash her crockery and maybe use the oven. She works full time and it can be days before we cross paths.
My 3 little dogs a extremely friendly and will become your shadow.
My part of the home has its loungeroom, bedroom, ensuite, sunroom and undercover outdoor section that overlooks a large koi pond.
The lawns are cared for by a contractor, so watering of yard and indoor plants will be required. More Detail
