Concentis are partnering with a world class, industry-owned company located at the port of Gladstone to source a Commercial Officer to oversee their contract management and procurement activities across goods and services categories.

The role:
• Providing input to the development and execution of the commercial business plan
• Establish, execute, and maintain annual sourcing plan for goods and service contracts
• Provide guidance and assistance with the preparation of work scopes/specifications and tender packages
• Lead the analysis and evaluation of tenders and quotations
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions and prepare supply contract recommendations
• Administrator and award Awarding contracts and ensure effective onboarding of contracted service providers
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and service providers
• Provide advice and support to the business in relation to legislative and commercial matters
