About The Role

The Regional Property Specialist is the primary point of contact for Property matters in designated operational areas, overseeing Facilities, Compliance, Capital works, and Security. They provide support and oversight for minor or major capital projects, visiting Depots regularly to align with works planning. They take responsibility for the condition of Depots/sites/properties, ensuring efficient issue resolution, prioritisation of works, and allocation of resources to maintain high standards across Essential Energy's portfolio.
