Purpose Statement: Responsible to develop and sustain the inspection programs for available AOI, X-Ray and other optical inspection test platforms; perform equipment maintenance, monitor performance and yield information and provide technical support to manufacturing. Key Job Accountabilities:Support monitoring and continuous improvement of yield (dpmo), inspection efficiency (escapes) and effectiveness (false calls/NDFs) data.Support implementation of ECOs and continuous improvement/cost down activities.Develop, implement and optimize optical inspection test programs.Perform preventive/reactive maintenance (including system calibration).Provide first level support for manufacturing in optical inspection systems related matters.
