Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative at Eftalia Otelleri located in Alanya. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing exceptional customer service. They will also be responsible for computer literacy tasks, such as data entry and updating customer information.
