Ground Heat an RSK Group company are recruiting for an Office Administrator to join the team based in Wigan, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position.

The Ground Heat team have a wealth of experience in ground source, air source and water source heating systems. We are looking for an engineer to join our team and develop their skills in heat pump designs.

Responsibilities:
• Communication with customers over the phone, via email and face to face
• Taking initial enquiries and maintaining projects and marketing databases
• Writing quotations under instruction of the technical department and liaising with clients
• Completing general administration for sales invoices, pricing, purchase orders, MCS documents and handover packs
• Dealing with correspondence complaints and queries

Qualifications and Experience:
• Accounts experience
• Reliability and discretion
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills
• Experience with Focalpoint preferable
