DIAPLOUS Maritime Services, the leading maritime security provider, is currently seeking for a professional to cover the following position:

OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Job Description:
Day to day organization and monitoring of the operations

Evaluation and reporting of operations

Coordination with agents and providers

Keeping record of a specific KPIs on a daily/weekly basis

Combing information from various sources

Qualifications :
Bachelor degree in Shipping or similar field

Working experience in Maritime services or Shipping, will be considered an asset

Fluency in English (both written and oral)

Computer literacy

Excellent proven organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize

Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills

Team player
