Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an FB Supervisor and FB Manager for a Hotel property located in Manado. The FB Supervisor and FB Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the FnB department, including managing Restaurant, Lounge , Banquet Events , ensuring effective communication with guests and staff, providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, and training the F&B team.

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in training and managing a team
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
• Familiar with VHP System
• High school diploma or equivalent
