Job Description

Post : Quality Head (Sr. Manager / Manager)

Qualification :B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical)

Experience :15 to 18 Years
• Acting as HOD - QA MR with a team of Customer Support , In-Process , Supplier Quality Assurance, Final Inspection QA, Standard Room (Lab) and New Product Development
• Implementing IMS Audit process as per plans, evaluating requirements of ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001 OHSAS 45001 and adhering to correct manual procedures
• Working in collaboration with all 2 nd party (Customer Audits) 3 rd party audits (Surveillance Audit) and conducting Quality Audit including Product Process Quality both at in-house at supplier-end
• Interacting / Communicating Visit to domestic Export customer for approval of new development product to resolve customer quality complaints
• Knowledge about inspection of incoming in-process of various types of components like Castings, Forgings, Sheet metals, Fasteners, machining parts and Painted parts etc.
