The Opportunity: Reporting to the Brazil Medical Affairs Head, as the Medical Affairs Manager, you will lead, develop, and coach country MSL (Medical Science Liaison) teams in alignment with global Field Medical Excellence guidance. You will define, plan, and execute Field Medical Strategies based on country medical plans. You will establish strong, professional, and credible Country Medical Affairs reputation and relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), HCPs (healthcare professionals), professional organisations and key accounts. You will drive the MSL team medical expertise in TAs (therapeutic areas) and products, and demonstrate through scientific engagement with the medical community.
