Sustainability Manager will report directly to the Designer/Contractor Representative and be the main point of contact for all Sustainability issues with the Employer. The role and responsibilities of the Sustainability Manager will include, but not be limited to, the following:1- Shall lead, coordinate, and facilitate the Integrated Development Process and associated submittal deliveries.2- Be responsible for ensuring the Designer/Contractor has sufficient resources of suitable qualification and experience to implement the Regenerative Development requirements set out in this document.3- Be responsible to coordinate and lead the preparation of all Regenerative Development studies and models required for the Design.4- Be responsible for implementation and compliance with the Regenerative Development Management System, including the submission to the Employer for all approval and compliance documentation.5- Shall receive feedback on the Design and Construction from the Employer and...
