In your new role you will:
• Ensure that the application is up-to-date and trouble-free operation for the End-User
• Order the packaging, test the functionality and release the software, while you document decisions and information
• Assist the communication departments during rollout campaigns and foster the relationship with the IT Service Desk
• Support the 2nd level engineers as a 3rd level specialist with the troubleshooting of your application globally and you will get in contact with the vendor if necessary
