Position Summary

The Public Safety Officer is responsible for the patrolling college owned property to control access; protect college personnel; prevent against loss or damage of equipment and material; provide routine assistance and emergency services to employees, students, and visitors; enforce traffic, parking regulations, and Student Code of Conduct violations; provide pedestrian and vehicular traffic control, both routine and during special events and emergency situations; operate the emergency communications system and related peripheral equipment to receive and transmit messages; monitor alarms and CCTV systems; answer "9-1-1" calls; investigate and detain...
