As our current admin is planning retirement, we want to find an individual that can join our team in Lund.

The role and responsibilities include:

Office administration
• Receptionist service;
• Receive post and packages;
• Manage shipping of boxes, packages and pallets using FedEx and other shipping partners;
• Help book and arrange meetings and visits;
• Ordering and managing of office supplies;
• Arranging team Friday breakfast and making sure coffee beans, tea, etc. is in good supply.

Supporting local functions
• Main point of contact for facility-related topics, and collaborate with our European facilities group;
• Managing cleaning service contracts and being the point of contact;
