POP Generalist main focus is to provide a wide range of POP support and services across all stages of employee journey. Generalists play a versatile role in ensuring that POP processes are effectively executed and employees are supported. Additional responsibilities include mentoring team members.

Main Responsibilities
• Employee Journey: Support employees and managers in any phase of Employee Journey, ensuring smooth transitions and positive experiences.
• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their questions, concerns, and providing guidance on POP policies, procedures, and benefits. Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.
• HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Maintain and update POP policies and procedures. Educate employees on POP policies and procedures.
