For our international R&D team, we are looking for a recent graduate in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biochemistry who will support in the projectes on all our product categories (chewing gums, jellies, hard boiled candies, tabs, chewy candies) for all the production sites worldwide.

He/she will give support in:
• Collection and management of data related to food additives;
• Analisys of food additives/ingredients/flavours (quality parameters, regulatory requirements, intended use, peculiar characteristics)
• Food technologies: preparation of finished product in lab, visibility on production process for chewing gum and candies, handling of samples
