Job Description:

Position Title: Domestic (India) IT Staffing Account Manager cum Business Development Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

1-Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new targeted clients in the IT industry.

Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored staffing solutions.

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution.

2-Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector, including potential clients and markets.

Generate new IT client leads, conduct market research, and prospect potential clients through various channels.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for client pitches.

Should have strong relations with HCL, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Accenture, TCS, and other top-level MNC or Direct clients point of contacts.
