Job Details:
• Canddiate Should be a qualified Company Secretary with atleast 4 to 7 years of experience.
• Candidate should be qualified enough to independently comply with all Company Secretarial work of a listed Company.
• Should be fully conversant with SEBI & stock exchange Regulation, must be exposed to Secretarial work of a listed Company, for atleast 1 to 2 years.
• Candidate having Experience in legal matter will be an added advantage.
