Location: Hybrid near Hitchin (2-3 days on siter per week)

Salary: up to £35,000

FTE: Full-time, permanent

Our client is a mid-sized challenger Bank with a view to offering a real alternative lending.

About the role

We are looking for a Case Manager join a growing Business Development Team. As a Case Manager you will collaboratively work with BDMs and Credit Partners on commercial applications and new lending proposals.

Role Specific – Collections & Arrears
• Identify and support the Bank’s customers who fall into arrears and show early warning signs of distressed debt
• Support the management of relevant cases on the Banks Watchlist to reach a positive outcome for the customer and the Bank
• Supporting customers with short term payment difficulties using forbearance strategies which are in the best interests of our customers where appropriate, overseeing the lifecycle of these forbearance agreements and raising any issues that are identified
