This is a PERMANENT FULL-TIME role, on a rota basis which includes working alternate weekends. We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Advisor to join the Farm Shop team at our Garden Centre in Esher. The role will include Deli, Chilled Food, Frozen and Bakery departments. We are seeking an individual who can deliver a first-class customer experience through sharing their own genuine passion for food to maximise sales and maintain a low level of wastage. The responsibilities of the role are to: Provide our customers with an exceptional level of service by assisting them in selecting products, answering questions, providing recommendations and samples. Ensure Garsons merchandising and housekeeping standards of the department are maintained. Ensure displays are innovative, practical, and maintained, and that these are refreshed on a regular basis.
