Connect2Kent is currently seeking multiple Early Help Support Workers to join a temporary on-going assignment with Kent County Council's Education and Young People's Services.
• 11.04 per hour
• On-site
• Swale
• Part time and Full time hours available

Job Purpose

To operate as a member of the wider early help team and in collaboration with multi-agency partners providing support to children, young people and their families through targeted services.

This post will be expected to work flexibly across the 0-25 age range, including, on occasions, at evening and weekends, and will be co-ordinated by Early Help Management as required.

To deliver, and support the planning of, high quality stimulating play and leisure services and opportunities that enable choice and supports children and young people to reach their full potential. Carry out evaluations as required.
