Are You our new winemaker ?

Cold Hand Winery is a very ambitious and innovative Danish Winery – producing fruitwines.

Our current winemaker have found a new job after 12 years by us, so we are looking for a new winemaker who can take charge of the creation and production of our wine.

We are dreaming big and aiming high. We are currently amoung the worlds leading producers of Icecider (or Apple Icewine as it is called in Danish) We cryoconcentrate some of the worlds best apples and make bottle-fermented dry fruitwines, barrelaged dry still applewine, fortified berrywines and much more.

Our wine is currently served at more than 20 Michelin-restaurants nationally and abroad.

We are seeking an innovative winemaker with the proper experience and education, who can develop and blend wines in collaboration with owner Jens Skovgaard and rest of the team.
