Your tasks
• The Service Desk team is the central point of contact for inquiries from our users.
• They are responsible for qualifying incidents and service requests and process them according to the necessary priority or forward them to the specialist teams.
• You will also ensure the expansion of the existing knowledge database and fill it with information on IT tools and processes.
• You carry out targeted analyses in the ITSM system, measure defined KPIs and identify potential for improving the performance of the service desk.
• You also ensure functioning lifecycle management for client hardware and software (current patches, available manufacturer support).
• You manage and update the hardware portfolio for the workplace equipment.
